Draft — last updated 31 October 2026
Terms
The short version: be over 21, be honest, be kind, meet in public. The longer version is below.
Who we are
Winghug is operated by Moat Venture Pte Ltd (UEN 202638305N), Singapore. You can reach us at hello@winghug.com. By joining the waitlist or using Winghug, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a launch date. We open in groups and may decide who joins each group, for example to keep groups balanced. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
Who can use Winghug
- You must be 21 or over and legally able to agree to these terms.
- You must be single, or honest with Winghug about your situation.
- You must give true information about yourself. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example with Singpass.
- One account per person. Your account is for you only.
What Winghug does, and what it does not
Winghug suggests people you may want to meet and helps arrange a first date. It uses AI, and AI makes mistakes. A match is a suggestion, not a promise that someone is a good fit, safe, or who they say they are. Use your own judgement.
Safety
- Meet in public places for first dates and tell a friend where you are going.
- Never send money to someone you met through Winghug.
- Report anything that worries you to hello@winghug.com. We take reports seriously and may suspend accounts while we look into them.
How you must behave
Do not:
- harass, threaten, deceive or pressure anyone;
- share another member's match card, photos or details outside Winghug;
- use Winghug for commercial purposes, sex work, or to recruit for anything;
- try to make your wingman, or anyone else's, reveal information it should not;
- scrape, copy or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Paid plans
Winghug is free to start. We may later offer paid plans, such as Member and Serious. Prices and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and paying never lowers anyone else's chances.
Your content
You own what you tell Winghug and the photos you upload. You let us use them to run Winghug for you, as described in the privacy policy, and nothing else.
Liability
We provide Winghug “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how other members behave, on or off Winghug, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
Ending
You can stop using Winghug and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end the service, or your access, with notice where reasonable.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
This is a draft for our pre-launch waitlist. We will update these terms before Winghug opens and tell waitlist members about important changes by email.
